These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and abc789 ("we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing the abc789 website at abc789.bio, creating an account, depositing funds, or participating in any game or betting market offered on the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety.

Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within a reasonable timeframe will result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawal requests until verification is completed.

If abc789 discovers or reasonably suspects that a player is under the age of 18, the account will be immediately suspended. Any funds deposited during the period of underage use will be returned to the original payment source where possible, after deducting any winnings generated during the ineligible period. Winnings accrued by an underage player will be forfeited in full.

Each player may hold one and only one active abc789 account. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different contact details, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. • Your username must not impersonate another person, contain offensive language, or replicate an existing abc789 username.

• You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs under your account credentials. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify abc789 immediately at [email protected].
• Account credentials are non-transferable. You may not sell, share, rent, or otherwise transfer access to your abc789 account to any third party.
• abc789 reserves the right to refuse registration to any applicant at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

By submitting a registration form, you confirm that all information provided is truthful and that you meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 2. • Bonuses are available to one account per household, per device, and per IP address. Attempts to claim the same bonus multiple times via different accounts or devices will be treated as bonus abuse and may result in account termination.

Players suspected of engaging in any prohibited activity may have their accounts frozen and their funds withheld pending investigation, without prior notice.

abc789 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time and at its sole discretion. Grounds for account suspension or closure include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documents within a reasonable period of request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent, collusive, or otherwise illegal activity.
• Reasonable suspicion of money laundering or financial crime.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Breach of a self-exclusion agreement, including registration of a new account while a self-exclusion is active.
• Extended inactivity: accounts that have had no login or financial activity for a period of 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. abc789 will attempt to notify the account holder before applying any dormancy policy.

Players may also voluntarily close their abc789 account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any verified real-money balance remaining in the account at the time of closure will be refunded to the player's verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.

Where an account is closed as a result of a breach of these Terms, abc789 reserves the right to withhold some or all of the account balance, including any pending withdrawals, to compensate for demonstrated or estimated losses arising from the breach. This includes the recovery of bonus funds, fraudulently obtained winnings, and costs associated with the investigation of the breach.
